As part of a summer internship, I assisted with user research and contributed to solution proposals for clients in a web agency setting. I supported data collection and analysis to inform design decisions and improve digital experiences for clients such as G4S and CMR Surgical. I worked closely with agency designers and copywriters on client proposals, building foundational skills in UX, asset sourcing, design system principles, and presentation preparation.
